Fatal error

Hey there I am getting fatal error below when I try to edit a page. My client used the plugin to show some tables on his site. Unfortunately I am not php savvy and having hard time to fix this problem. When I check the plugins I saw another snippet plugin which was deactivated. He can’t remember if he used that plugin or not to insert php code or not.
