# Fatal Error

 * Hi – we had this plugin installed on a customer website with Woocommerce. Today
   we had the problem that products that did not have reviews were not displayed
   correctly. The page was not loaded completely and generated an error 500.
    When
   turning on the log, we found this in the fatal errors:

 * Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. You are probably on an older
   WooCommerce version. The error you are seeing is because our plugin is using 
   a WooCommerce function that is not supported in older versions of WC. Please 
   make sure you are on 3.6 or higher.

 * Yes – you are right, we are on Woo 3.4.5.
    Is there a quick fix how we can locally
   disable the use of this function?
 * We plan to upgrade to a newer version of WP and WOO – but this will take some
   more weeks from now.

 * Unfortunately there is nothing you can do about this for now, apart from upgrading
   WC.
