    I tried to upload Dokan but it caused fatal error:

    I am really sorry for the trouble you are having. Dokan version 3.0.0 is released with a refactored coding structure, this new version will make your experience with Dokan smoother than before. Unfortunately, we have deprecated some class on the code. So any changes using the class may affect the site.

    The error you usually occur if there are some changes in code that are effecting the default plugin code. So to check for sure, try a default theme/plugin ( without modification) and let us know if the issue remains.

    I hope this will help you figure out the exact problem. In case the issue remains with the default code, we will proceed towards further testing

    I already tried to delete it and to download the latest version, but still have the same problem. Is there any way i can fix the problem?

    You can try the mentioned way :

    1. Deactivate all third-party plugin except for WooCommerce
    2. Use a default theme such as twenty-twenty
    3.Install Dokan latest

    In case the issue is still there, please let us know. We may need to run some investigation on your site for the next stage of testing.


    is there any reason why weDevs support is not answering on support email after 3 written emails, and 8 days? I still didn’t solve my problem with Dokan plugin, and our webpage is not working even we paid an annual subscription.

    The team answers every ticket within 24 hours. We had a few cases where we don’t get the email at all because of technical issues. Unfortunately, we are not allowed to discuss anything related to the pro version in this forum. If you could share the ticket id with us then we will check.

    it was directly email conversation over support@wedevs.com via helpscout.net. I was writing with Rashed Ripon, a Support Engineer. Please, if you can help me to solve the problem with Dokan, everything was OK, until your last update. Now Dokan is crashing the whole website, and it is hard to investigate why ‘cos we have more than 20 active plugins. Rashed told me that there is Dokan class used in custom code, but after searching website, there is no Dokan class used at all, except in your Dokan plugin and oOkan Pro plugin.
    We need to publish website in next few days.
