 * As per WordPress recommendation i updated my php version 7.2 to 7.3. but after
   that My admin page not opening any more , showing 2 fetal errors. when my website
   is opening fine.
 * this error is like:

 * 1. Go back to PHP 7.2
 * 2. It appears that your theme or a plugin is having problems with 7.3 *or* your
   host’s PHP 7.3 implementation is missing the correct MySQL libraries. So, (a)
   check with your host and (b) make sure all plugins and themes are up-to-date.

   all the mysql functions are removed, use mysqli instead.

 * when i back to 7.2 every thing working fine. i also updated all my themes and
   plugins . but problem is still there. So contacted to my hosting and waiting 
   for their reply. thank you though.

 * I had the same issue.
 * After selecting PHP 7.3, for some reason my host doesn’t select/enable the following
   two options
 * mysqli and pdo_mysql
 * Enabling/checking the tick boxes, sorted this for me.
 * Flagged it with my host.
