 * Just ran some updates on a new client website and the site has crashed on many
   pages. Can anyone help? I have access to backend. the theme is GeneratePress.
   This is the message:

 * Via FTP or from your hosting control panel, delete the directory `wp-content/
   plugins/bb-ultimate-addon`. Since this happened on update, it may be that the
   update was incomplete, so try reinstalling the plugin. If that gets you to the
