We actually replied at 9:30 last night and are still waiting for your reply. I checked through our email server (tickets come in as emails) but did not find you in the spam folder. I had Phil look in his account and spam folder too. Can you please login to your account on wordfence.com and and answer Phil’s last question and send the diagnostics report he asked for? So you can gather the information before you login, and to help anyone else might have the issue here, I’m giving some more information about the problem. * Phil asked if you had the PHP OPCache module on the server. The reason is that the function above that is ‘undefined’ has been defined since the first release way back in the original 6.1.1 WAF release, so it should exist on your site. When a PHP script is executed, is compiled into opcode, code that is understandable by the machine. OPCache stores this code into memory on the first execution, to be reused afterwards, thus leading to performance boosts. But we have seen sometimes that it stores stuff longer than it should and we think this might be the case in your installation, which is why we asked if you could flush the cache. Wordfence does not declare a class called SAPE_base.
