    Hi,
I was testing out the plugin and when clicking around got a fatal error that I can’t get rid of in the admin.

    Actions taken:

    1. Cancelled customer’s subscription from their “My Account” page
    2. Clicking the reactivate button from “My Account” (which didn’t do anything in the backend)
    3. Changed the subscription status to “Cancelled” in admin.

Now when clicking All or Pending Cancellation in Admin no subscriptions are displayed and we get this. (Clicking Active works)

If you could help me clear this up I would greatly appreciate it. Happy to give you admin access if needed.

    Thanks,
    Tobias

    Hi,

A little more info, I can reproduce this with 2 steps, cancelling a subscription from the “My Account” Section and then changing the subscription status to “Cancelled” on the individual subscription page in the admin.

    Thanks

    Hi @tobiasr,

Could you please create a support ticket here so that we can look into the issue in detail?

How was this resolved? I am having the same issue.

    Hi Buchabelly,
I just went into my database and eliminated the subscription data manually, then everything worked. I had already done this when the plugin author responded so I didn’t follow up with a support ticket, sounds like we should though.
