 * Did you changed your theme or the markup of the payment gateways in general?
   
   Can you send me your website link so I can see the markup?
 * Disable the custom messages until this is fixed.

 * I am using Flatsome theme and I didn’t change the markup manually. However, I
   am using a SMS OTP plugin which sends an OTP to the customer if the payment mode
   is cash on delivery.

 * I checked your website and the custom messages are working.
 * Did you disabled the sms plugin? I have to know what markup is producing, to 
   be able to find a workaround for this.

 * Yes, **the plugin is disabled as of now**. You can check the website.
 * Also, Custom messages are working even with this plugin enabled. I am just getting
   the error in the error logs.

 * So it’s not a fatal error. A fatal error would stop the execution of the page
   render. Leave it as it is for now ( reenable the sms plugin ), nothing to worry
   about . I will check this again in a future version.
