# Fatal Error

 * I had just finished giving my client her yearly look refresher and everything
   was fine when I finished. However, today she messaged me freaking out because
   there is an error on her pages now.
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function 
   wc_get_loop_prop() in /home/shannast/public_html/wp-content/plugins/genesis-connect-
   woocommerce/lib/template-loader.php on line 268
 * Please help!

   if your client updated Genesis Connect to 0.9.10 before updating WooCommerce 
   to version 3.3.0+, that could cause the error they see.
 * If they’d like to update to WooCommerce 3.3, updating to Genesis Connect 0.9.10
   will then work without error.
 * Edited to add that WooCommerce 3.3 has been rolled back and is not available.

 * I’ve had a similar error occur this morning while updating a site. I tried updating
   Woo first to the latest version then updating GC to 0.9.10 but I still received
   a fatal error on the Woo pages.

   Justin. You can downgrade to 0.9.9 for now by downloading a copy of the older
   version at the bottom of this page:

 * When Automattic update WooCommerce to 3.3 again (that version was pulled for 
   now), you can then update Genesis Connect to 0.9.10 once more.

   gone ahead and reverted to the older GC 0.9.9 and everything is working great
   now. I’ll just keep an eye out for Woo 3.3.x. Thanks!
