My web design person convinced me to let her download a copy of an eCommerce theme from this vendor:
She had a copy installed on her server, and everything looked fine. She then downloaded the copies necessary to start re-building my site, and after clicking on the “Preview” link, we rec’d this error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/zionroas/public_html/wp-admin/menu.php on line 235
Now, when you click on my url, that message shows up on my landing page. She said earlier that she had “put the page up” so my folks at our hosing company could see it.
I tried to login into the WP admin panel, and I couldn’t login. I tried to reset the password, and then it kicks me back to the error message page, so I can’t login to the admin panel. Anyone seen this error before. Webhost says it’s not there problem, it’s a theme issue.
