• My client has the premium version of Wordfence…However this AM when I attempted to vist their website, I got the following error:

Warning: require_once(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data01/01/3188601/html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/waf/../vendor/wordfence/wf-waf/src/init.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data01/01/3188601/html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/waf/bootstrap.php on line 13
Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data01/01/3188601/html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/waf/../vendor/wordfence/wf-waf/src/init.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5_4/lib/php') in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas01_data01/01/3188601/html/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/waf/bootstrap.php on line 13

I disabled Wordfence via FTP. What could be going on?

  • Hi cantonjester,
It sounds like there is a missing file in the plugin directory on your installation or the permissions for some files aren’t configured correctly on your server, I suggest re-installing the plugin either from WordPress Dashboard or re-uploading the files manually via FTP.

knowing that, our premium customers can always open a ticket at http://support.wordfence.com , if you don’t have a ticket opened there yet regarding this question then please do and we will be glad to help you further from there.
