 * I’m new to the plugin and excited about it, but having difficulties. The settings
   portion of the plugin is grayed out and empty, including the documentation area.
   I put the bracket code [rating-system-posts counter=”yes”] on a post and previewed
   the page and received a fatal error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function 
   vortex_render_for_posts() in /home/content/s/d/t/sdtopham/html/wp-content/plugins/
   rating-system/rating-system.php on line 284

 * Make sure redux framework in installed in a folder with the name redux-framework.
   Also reinstall the rating-system plugin.
