I have installed onepager plugin**** which is giving above mentioned issue

What is you PHP version ?
server is running PHP version 5.4.42 and MySQL version 5.5.43.
We just deployed 1.2.5 addressing the issue. It will be available on your WP dashboard in a while. Please update and let us know.

This version of onepager is installed successfully. But when you edit the page block. There is no option/icon to save the changes or publish the edited page. Moreover image folder under media is completely empty.
Is it suppose to be like this or I am missing something?

1. can you upload images from wp-dashboard?
2. try deactivating other plugins and see if it fixes the problem
3. send us your wp access through email we will fix the issue in no time
4. if you are developer try enabling wp-config.php debug it should show the problem, to me it looks like header is being sent before wp_ajax callback
