# Fatal Error

 * I am new to wordpress and I downloaded a plug-in to insert a page in Russian 
   and now all I get on my web site is the following
    Fatal error: Call to undefined
   function wp() in /home/celebval/public_html/wp-blog-header.php on line 14
 * Can anyone help!1

   If that resolves the issue, reactivate each one individually until you find the
   cause.
