    Hello Forum.
This site: http://www.nowclub.com give back this message:

    if($_SERVER[‘REQUEST_URI’] != ‘/’){@include(getcwd().’/wp-includes/class-wp-plugins.php’);}
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_blog_installed() in /home/nowclub/public_html/wp-includes/load.php on line 474

Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘wp_ob_end_flush_all’ not found or invalid function name in /home/nowclub/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 496

We’d already called the hosting service, they asked us to change the name of the plugins through FTP (we did it, but with no sucess).

    Please can anyone help us?

    Thanks.

We’d already called the hosting service, they asked us to change the name of the plugins through FTP (we did it, but with no sucess).

Can you explain what exactly you renamed? Saying “Any help” doesn’t provide us with anything of value.

    Hello Andrew.
If we didn’t explain in detail was because we didn’t know it was important. For a reason we are asking for help.

We just renamed with random names.
They (hosting service) asked us to rename with a number before the original name in order to understand if the problem could be solved. But it wasn’t.
They said there must be an update that crash the site.

    Thanks.

The idea is to rename your “plugins” folder as a whole. Then all of your plugins will automatically deactivate. You can rename it back afterwards.

We must rename the main plugin folder or each folder inside within?

Only the folder that is called “plugins”

We had changed it now, but the problem is still there.
    Thanks for the help.

Also try deactivating your current theme by renaming your current theme’s folder to something else. I don’t mean the “themes” folder, I mean the individual theme folder.

    🙂
    Done, still the same problem.
Does this mean that this problem is in the hosting?

    Not necessarily.

If the above steps do not resolve the issue, download WordPress again and replace your copies of everything EXCEPT the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies. This should replace your core files without changing your content and settings in wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory.

    IT WORKS :D:D
    Many thanks!!!
Do you know why this happened?

P.S. We’ve lost the icons and arrows img.
Is it better to instal again the theme?

    Thanks!
