 * I have gotten this message and tried to fix using these steps

 * 1. Can’t find the phi.ini file
    2. Can’t find the line in wp-admin/includes/misc.
   php to increase the memory limit 3) Can’t find the .htaccess file in /public_html
   folder (perhaps it is hiding…..)
