Fatal error – no access to any aspect of site

    Tried to update the theme for the website before editing content. I cannot access anything – when attempting to visit the page it reads:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_style_add_data() in /nfs/c01/h14/mnt/37278/domains/heartland.cc/html/growthgroups/wp-content/themes/zerif-lite/functions.php on line 272

    When attempting to access the admin page it reads:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_enqueue_media() in /nfs/c01/h14/mnt/37278/domains/heartland.cc/html/growthgroups/wp-content/themes/zerif-lite/functions.php on line 726

    In reading other forum posts I’m pretty sure my only option is to try using an FTP / external file manager – will this be the case?

    Similar problem.
    Has there been a massive attack?

    When trying to access site, message returned is:

    Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 7077888) (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/stephenp/public_html/wp-includes/post.php on line 3205
    (Note: the line number keeps changing)

    When trying to access wp-admin, message returned is:

    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
    Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@stephenpbrown.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Any help would be appreciated!
