# Fatal Error

 * As I was previewing different themes, as I was switching to a new theme I got
   this message:
    **Fatal error: Call to undefined function sketch_get_option() 
   in /data/21/3/143/150/3306476/user/3690176/htdocs/WordPress/wp-content/themes/
   irex-lite/options.php on line 33**
 * I had just upgraded to 3.9.1 Did I lose everything on my site?
 * I have an interview coming up and this timing could not be worse!

 * Definitely something wrong in the “irex-lite” theme you are using.
 * If you can login in to your admin dashboard, I’d choose a different theme and
   leave “irex-lite” alone.

 * Unfortunately, I can’t get into admin either. I have updated both the includes
   and the admin folders via FTP but to no avail. Maybe if I trash all the old unused
   themes that will work.

 * You can try changing to a different theme from the database directly. There are
   a lot of instructions on the web on how to do it but if it’s a new install just
   reload everything.

 * I have a similar issue and I don’t know what to do about it…
    everytime I try
   to go to my dashboard or do anything this message appears:
 * Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/content/55/8814355/html/
   wp-content/themes/exclusive/functions.php on line 604
 * help! if anyone can!!

   it, if I find the fix, I will let you know!

 * There could be conflicts with plugins or theme issues. Your theme itself might
   not be up-to-date and would break with the new update to 3.9.1
 * One quick trouble shooting option is going into your FTP or Cpanel and deactivating
   your current theme (be sure you have other themes in that folder though).
 * The way you do that is by renaming the folder of your current theme. For instance
   if you current theme is “Awesomeness” Go to that folder and rename it to “1Awesomeness”
   What this will do is activate another theme and you should then be able to login
   and make adjustments in your dashboard.
 * If you’re seeing errors in the functions.php file – that’s probably not the best
   theme to use. I’d find another.
