fatal error

    I undated to the most recent version of Subscribe2 and now receive this error message:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_col() on a non-object in /home/lega6013/public_html/clearlegal.ca/wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/classes/class-s2-upgrade.php on line 243
    A search revealed that a few sites has a similar error message. I don’t want to uninstall and lose my existing users. I’m not sure how to instal an earlier version without losing years of subscribers.

    Please help.

    Also when in the Dashboard the selecting the Subscribe2 options – yoursubsuscriptions/readygrasph app etc all go to a white screen with:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::add_help_tab() in /home/lega6013/public_html/clearlegal.ca/wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/classes/class-s2-admin.php on line 46

    and

    Fatal error: Call to a member function get_col() on a non-object in /home/lega6013/public_html/clearlegal.ca/wp-content/plugins/subscribe2/classes/class-s2-upgrade.php on line 243

    @clearlegal,

    I’ve downgraded and updated again myself and I’m not seeing any errors. Try re-installing the plugin files via FTP.
