 * Just like “Leonardo Giacone” said. If you go through the plugin’s code you will
   see references to variables like this:
    &$nextMaxId
 * This must change to:
    $nextMaxId
 * REMOVE THE “&”
 * I did this in the code where my PHP was reporting it. Then I enabled it and it
   runs just fine.
