   tracking.php is missing from the pack!

 * This was a faulty release with some development code in it 🙁
 * The new v1.1.9 should fix this.

 * Please note that if you have installed v1.1.8 you have to manually activate v1.1.9
   again as after the v1.1.8 upgrade WordPress was not able to activate the plugin
   again due to the fatal error.
 * Luckily not many users will have installed v1.1.8 due to it’s short availability.
 * Thanks again to all users reporting the bug to me!
