After I install the plugin and try to click on it in the dashboard menu I receive the following:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method stdClass::add_help_tab() in /home/accountname/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-popup/popoverincludes/classes/popover.help.php on line 53

    Help.

I'm running your plugin on 2 other sites without issue.

    Thanks

    Steve

    Hi @muaysteve,

    I hope you're well today! :)

Could you let us know the version of WordPress you're using there?

I suspect that functions unavailable because of a corrupted file there. Any chance you could re-upload/update the /wp-admin/ folder on that site?

Or perhaps just use the Re-Insall option here?

    Thanks!

    I am running 3.2.1

I can look re-loading the folder, as long as it doesn't mess with my theme. (I haven't updated this site as the theme I am using stopped being supported and breaks if I upgrade)

    Hi @muaysteve,

I'm afraid we couldn't feasibly support that older version, specifically where the theme you're using isn't supported.

We'll be happy to help when using the more recent versions of WordPress though. Any chance you could upgrade?

    Cheers,
    David

Yes. I'll be upgrading our website to the latest build of WP and a new premium theme this spring/summer.

Thanks for the quick replies, it is great to see a plugin being supported.

    Hi @muaysteve,

You're most welcome, and we'll be happy to proceed with any assistance we can provide using the latest version and any current standard compliant theme.

Just let us know how that goes and we'll have a look. :)

    Thanks!
    David
