Just did, we’ll see what they come back with. I’ve uninstalled, re-installed, reset, etc. etc. No joy. Does your plugin require a particular PHP version? They now tell me that for whatever reason they upgraded WP to v.3.8 (without asking!). Could this be the problem? Is the plugin compatible with 3.8?
