Fatal error

This morning i wanted to login to my admin at my wordpress blog, it got this error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 4194304 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 46080 bytes)

I didn’t change a thing, didn’t mess with the php pages or anything, anybody know how to fix this? I’m using wordpress 2.0
