 * Hi all
    I get the below message when I try to load my homepage
 * Fatal error: Invalid hex length in /home/slch1/mcchhypnotherapytraining.co.uk/
   wp-content/plugins/lizatom-shortcodes/lib/color.php on line 57
 * I have no idea what it means or how to resolve it.
    I have tried retracing my
   steps to no avail. The site is [http://www.mcchhypnotherapytraining.co.uk/](http://www.mcchhypnotherapytraining.co.uk/)
 * Any ideas?

 * Looks like a problem with the `/lizatom-shortcodes` plugin – so you can use FTP(
   or other file manager your host provides) to deactivate that plugin –
 *     ```
       wp-content
           plugins
              lizatom-shortcodesHOLD  (change the name on this folder)
       ```
   
 * Then you should be able to login again.

    I deactivated the plugin from the plugins page but is now saying
 * Home
 * X-NONE
    X-NONE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4
 * On the page.
    i don’t use Internet Explorer. I use Firefox.
