# Fatal Error upon installation

 * Was excited about this, but after activation in a multisite, then without touching
   any settings yet, I get this when visiting a site:

 * Hey Benjamin,
 * You’re most likely getting this error due to a conflict with a 3rd party plugin.
   Here are something you can do to troubleshoot this.
 * 1. Disabled all plugins and activate them one by one to see which one is the 
   culprit.
    2. Instead of network installing Ultimate Client Dash, individually
   install Ultimate Client Dash for each site under your multisite install.
 * Hopefully one of those helps with your issue.

 * I initially thought that User Role Editor had something to do with it since the
   error was about capabilities. I removed all my roles and deactivated it but it
   still errored out. I also barely have any plugins activated in each site.
 * I tried your second suggestion and it worked when I installed it per site instead.
 * Unfortunately that means that I’ll have to adjust this for every site in our 
   multisite. 🙁 Do you have any solutions for that? I don’t think multisite is 
   covered in even the pro version.

 * Benjamin, unfortunately at this time multisite isn’t a supported feature for 
   either versions. Eventually, we do plan on making UCD support a multisite install
   and also integrating a import-export option that would solve both your problems.
 * Our work log has just been crazy busy this year working on a few other plugins
   and our main services. We are hoping to add both of these features early next
   year or sooner depending on our work log.
