    Total newbie to WordPress so please bear with me. WordPress was pre-installed on server and I downloaded a new theme and applied it to the site. Along with the theme came BoldGrip and Total Upkeep plugins. At some point they got disabled and/or deleted so I re-installed them. However, when I try to activate the Total Upkeep plugin I receive the following error. Hoping someone could help decipher the issue?

    I removed my site information below and replaced with *********

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Boldgrid\Library\Library\Ui\Card' not found in /home/*********/*********/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/admin/card/class-amazon-s3.php:23 Stack trace: #0 /home/*********/*********/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/includes/class-boldgrid-backup.php(251): require_once() #1 /home/*********/*********/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/includes/class-boldgrid-backup.php(70): Boldgrid_Backup->load_dependencies() #2 /home/*********/*********/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/boldgrid-backup.php(81): Boldgrid_Backup->__construct() #3 /home/*********/*********/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/boldgrid-backup.php(147): run_boldgrid_backup() #4 /home/*********/*********/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php(2255): include('/home/dh_ssksqt...') #5 /home/*********/*********/wp-admin/plugins.php(177): plugin_sandbox_scrape('boldgrid-backup...') #6 {main} thrown in /home/*********/*********/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/admin/card/class-amazon-s3.php on line 23

    Hi @collector00,

    I’m very sorry to hear about the Fatal Error that you’re having. We’re pushing up an update, Total Upkeep 1.13.10, and it should prevent the fatal error and at least give us a bit more info as to what the problem may be.

    By the time you read this, or ~10 minutes after, 1.13.10 should be released. Please try upgrading Total Upkeep and trying again – let us know how it works.

    Sorry!

    Hi Brad, I do appreciate the quick response and have just installed 1.13.10. Unfortunately I receive this error (may be the same):

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'Boldgrid\Library\Library\Ui\Card' not found in /home/******/******/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/admin/card/class-amazon-s3.php:23 Stack trace: #0 /home/******/******/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/includes/class-boldgrid-backup.php(251): require_once() #1 /home/******/******/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/includes/class-boldgrid-backup.php(70): Boldgrid_Backup->load_dependencies() #2 /home/******/******/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/boldgrid-backup.php(81): Boldgrid_Backup->__construct() #3 /home/******/******/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/boldgrid-backup.php(147): run_boldgrid_backup() #4 /home/******/******/wp-admin/includes/plugin.php(2255): include('/home/******...') #5 /home/******/******/wp-admin/plugins.php(177): plugin_sandbox_scrape('boldgrid-backup...') #6 {main} thrown in /home/******/******/wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/admin/card/class-amazon-s3.php on line 23

    Hi @collector00,

    I’m a little stumped, it does look like you’re getting the same error. Are you able disable your BoldGrid Plugins, and then enable them one by one?

    Hi – I only have BoldGrid Easy SEO active. I disabled it and tried to activate the Total Upkeep but receive the same error. Is it possible I need to completely remove Total Upkeep and start over? I did get de-activated and deleted but some of that data tends to stick around in the folders?

    Hi @collector00,

    I’m not sure how much access you have to your server, or how familiar you are with all this… I’d really like to get this fixed, but it’s going to be a little difficult without having direct access.

    If you’re up to it, I’d like to get the following 2 pieces of info:

    The value of the boldgrid_settings option. Onw way to get it is to:

    1. Install and activate the Option Inspector plugin
    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Tools > Options. In the search box in the top left, type boldgrid_settings
    3. Click the edit button next to boldgrid_settings.

      Can you share what you see? It should look like this:

      array (
        'library' =>
        array (
          'boldgrid-backup/boldgrid-backup.php' => '2.12.3.0',
        ),
        'plugins_checked' =>
        array (
          'boldgrid-backup/boldgrid-backup.php' =>
          array (
            '1.13.10' => 1592943716,
          ),
        ),
      )

      Also, it’s saying that a file is missing. Are you able to check (via ftp or a file manager)? Do you see this file?
      wp-content/plugins/boldgrid-backup/vendor/boldgrid/library/src/Library/Ui/Card.php

      Again, I know this is a bit much to ask, but if you could do it I would really appreciate it!

      Thanks again!

    …and yes, the file does exist.

    Hi @collector00,

    If you DO NOT have BoldGrid Inspirations and Post & Page Builder by BoldGrid installed, you can use that Option Inspector plugin to change:

      array (
        'boldgrid-inspirations/boldgrid-inspirations.php' => '2.12.2.0',
        'post-and-page-builder/post-and-page-builder.php' => '2.12.1.0',
        'boldgrid-backup/boldgrid-backup.php' => '2.12.2.0',
      ),

    to…

      array (
        'boldgrid-backup/boldgrid-backup.php' => '2.12.2.0',
      ),

    It’s basically deleting those two lines. They shouldn’t be there if the plugins don’t exist.

    —————-

    Also, based on this:

        'boldgrid-backup/boldgrid-backup.php' =>
        array (
          '1.13.6' => 1591207058,
          '1.13.7' => 1591291387,
        ),

    … it appears you may only have Total Upkeep 1.13.7 installed. When you go to your plugins page, does it show 1.13.10 being installed for Total Upkeep?

    Thanks,
    – Brad

    (@collector00)

    Hi, yes I have 1.13.10 installed and that’s what it says on the Plugins page. I do also have Post & Page Builder installed so I went ahead and removed the reference to Inspirations, which I do not have installed (removed: boldgrid-inspirations/boldgrid-inspirations.php’ => ‘2.12.2.0’)

    I then tried to activate and it worked with no issues!

    Thank you for everything but that seemed to be the issue.

    Thanks again – Jon
