Hello,

Thanks for the very useful plugin, however, I am getting a Fata error when I create a new invoice and also when I activate this plugin the order details emails are not sent to customer or admin.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/betadbauniversit/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices/lib/mpdf/mpdf.php on line 1785

You need to install mbstring module. Ask your hosting.

I tried after installing the mbstring module, but it still shows the same error.

Hi,

Well, it should work with the module. What version of PHP are you using?
Did you restart web server/php service?

Hi,

My PHP Version is 5.5.35

GoDaddy server support team is also not able to solve the problem. Could you please have a look?

Can you take a look with phpinfo() if it is enabled like below?

No, I can’t see the mbstring column.

My server is rebooting now, will forward you my phpinfo.php link immediately after that.

Your hosting can help you with this kind of problems.
Unfortunately I can’t do anything about it.
It should work if the module is correctly installed and enabled.
