 * I have Postie enabled and it slows down WordPress admin(dashboard). It takes
about 10 seconds to open any menu. Page movement speed within each menu is not
   slow.
 * Is there a way to set up Postie that doesn’t affect WordPress as a whole as much
   as possible?

 * There must be something else going on here as Postie doesn’t really do anything
   on the dashboard.

 * When I use a checker plugin like P3, Postie accounts for half of the total load
   percentage on my WordPress.
Is there a conflict with another plugin? I use only
the bare minimum of plugins, so I can’t easily disable them. Can you envision
what types of plugins might conflict with Postie?

 * I ran P3 on my site and Postie didn’t even earn a mention. Can you email the
   P3 results to [help@postieplugin.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/faster-operation/help@postieplugin.com?output_format=md)?
