Fast start to usable AMP Posts

    Another great Yoast product. Thanks Yoast.

    Automattic’s AMP and Yoast’s Glue are two essentials plugins to enable AMP. Pages will look good and get found by google, but there is a start more than an end. You’l want to invest time and energy to:
    – Enable more than the minimum of Page Tracking analytics triggers, such as events, social shares, etc.
    – Integrate ad serving technology, especially if you rely on ad revenue. It’s possible, but needs extra effort by a web developer
    – Have alternate strategies for non-supported features such as forms, heavily formatted posts, and page post types.

    After deploying these plugins, Google’s crawlers quickly found my pages and mobile traffic (viewing AMP pages) went up and fast. And the user experience on a phone with AMP pages is fantastic.
