 * not only is this a feature packed and free plugin but the dev gave me fast help
   and support for an issue that was my own making.
 * wished used this plugin from the off and not the other Braintree plugin (which
   is all broken and cost me sales)
 * no. idea why it is free and not £49 as easily pay for it
