• Hi All,

Interesting issue: I had my wordpress install at site.com/wp/ with fast secure contact form embedded in one of the pages. I moved the site to site.com/ and (after a while) realized the form was no longer sending me emails. I did some looking around and the plugin was using the wordpress functionality to send emails, I assume using sendmail on the server. Is there any way to recover the submissions between when the form broke and now? Thanks in advance!

    Cheers,
    Jacob

  • Form submissions are not stored by the plugin. Perhaps your mail system had them stored in a spam folder somewhere.

    Mike,

Thanks for the quick reply (and great plugin)! If the plugin uses wordpress’s mail function (which I’m not very familiar with) that means it is just sending via sendmail on the server, correct? Any idea why moving the directory would break the plugin?

Moving to another directory should not cause that.

Please contact me with my support form, I can provide further troubleshooting.

    Mike,

Thanks again for the support. We fixed the issue. For some reason submissions were going into the spam folder (we’re using google as a mail host).

    Cheers,
    Jacob
