I always used this plugin together with WP-Mail-SMTP, where the emails are sent via SMTP in WordPress. But since last update it does not work anymore. Emails are not sent.

    URL to the plugin: https://www.callum-macdonald.com/code/wp-mail-smtp/

I tested without WP-Mail-SMTP, then emails are sent.
Also if I use another contact form plugin together with WP-Mail-SMTP – emails are sent.

IP is not on spam lists.
Emails from Woocommerce are sent fine with WP-Mail-SMTP.

    Can anyone help?

    Regards
    Kobby

I solved the problem now. The thing was, that the senders email adress was the adress of the visitor who sent the online form.
The email server only accept the email adress of the account for security.

To do (on the first settings page):
    – Enter email adress of the SMTP account into: return path adress
    – activate: Enable when web host requires “Mail From” strictly tied to site.

But I think now, that it did not work – because not setup properly – from the beginning. Now its working fine 🙂

I am happy to hear that you have resolved your own problem.

    Thank you
