Fast for Public email Domains but slow for other domains

Fast for Public email but slow for other domains, example for: LIVE, GMAIL, HOTMAIL, YAHOO MAIL etc. takes about 4 seconds, but when comes to any other domains, the validation can take up to 10-20 seconds to validate. Thats my experience anywayzz.
Works, but bit slow
