    Well integrated on our site, good one-click integrations but options for customizations (for instance product recommendation: didn’t like the carousel provided so we fetch the data and implement our own carousel).

    Search is very fast, and integrates on the site with custom scripts on each store view (magento 2) with drop down suggestions, options for categories as search results, and search result page with smooth filtering options.

    Most valuable is solid support, answering each ticket on time, providing solutions and ideas.
