Fast and Secure Contact form

    I just installed the fast and secure contact form and am having a problem with it. I tested with the default form 1 and it appears to work correctly and send the email as expected.
    I then created form 5 which basically is a copy of 1. When I run it as is it behaves the same as 1. When I make changes to labels and add another field it appears to not save the changes and behaves as though the changes aren’t done. If I go back to form 1 and add a field it’s changes do not display either.
    Additionally, I cannot get the labels to display alongside the text boxes. I looked at the faq and added the recommended line to the custom css in the theme (responsive child) it had no effect.

    Any help would be appreciated.
