I don’t understand how nobody else is having this issue?
I installed v1.0.6.2 and created one FAQ and I cannot access it!
Clicking into the FAQ via the “linked” title is a pretty critical piece of functionality for an FAQ? What’s the point of having FAQ software if it wont let users view the answers to the FAQs?
Am I missing something? Is this software intended for another use that I’m completely missing?
I’ve been having the exact same issue. Another user too…his response is here http://wordpress.org/support/topic/have-to-change-settings-or-links-wont-work
It seems that we need to go to the Plugins page, under the Q and A plugin click Settings and use ONLY Accordion OR Show/Hide
One Chrome the results are still a bit iffy as with Firefox, but seems to be working well enough.
Check if you have a caching / performance / minify plugin – I had the exact same problem and found that turning off minify for CSS solved the problem.
I went through the same today.
I am using a different URL than /faqs. For my site I used /social-rewards-faqs. Full URL: http://rewards.kazooky.com/social-rewards-faqs/
In the Q & A Settings the very top setting allows you to choose the path of your FAQ home. I had to switch from “faq” to “social-rewards-faqs”.
I can still use the Accordion and Show/Hide options.
This worked for me – hope this helps!
