FAQ’s do not show using Builder theme

    WP-FAQ v3.2.5

    With the Builder theme (v 5.1.5), the FAQ’s do not show up – blank page. If I switch themes, they do. Disabling ALL other plugins does not help.

    Any ideas or thoughts to help debug this?

    I think here some js conflict with this plugin. Please send us your site link where you use this plugin? So we can check it properly.

    While I’d love to give you teh link, it is a customer’s business site and I had to revert the plugin back to version 3.1.1 the last version that worked.

    I do have a local copy (on my own machine) of the site and can carry out any tests you want.

    The theme is a premimum theme – Builder by iThemes (https://ithemes.com/find/themes/)

    NOT a Bug

    Ok, I had a thought and swapped from teh Builder child theme to teh Builder theme and the FAQ works fine. This means it is something the theme developer put in the child builder theme. I’ll just have to dig into that.
