# FAQ WD – Install Issues

 * PHP Version: 5.6.12 –
 * MySQL Version – 5.5.44
 * Hi.
 * I have just successfully installed FAQ WD. but cannot get it to work.
 * I created two Q & A’s, they were categorised as Uncategorised, but I can’t see
   any FAQ page or list.
 * Can you explain the install process please:
    1. Do I need to create categories
   2. Can they be existing categories within my shop 3. do I need to create a FAQ
   page
 * All help would be graceful as I’m not able to see this working otherwise

 * Dear 2bswordpress,
 * You need to create separate categories for the spider FAQ. Those are custom categories
   and not the WordPress standard ones. Then you need to assign the questions to
   the categories. As for the FAQ page, then you should put the FAQ shortcode within
   a certain page/post to display it. More details can be found in our website within
   the product page, where you can also find the user guide. Thank you.
