    I gt this request sometimes:
    When I receive payments they remain “open”. I checked it on our dashboard of Mollie and I see that the payments have been successful. We have the money, but on Paytium it does not go to “paid”. Even if the payment has been canceled or expired by the tenderer, it remains open “open”. Do you have any idea what might be going on?
