    Hello @particularpantry – We are glad to assist you with this – We currently do not see any HFCM snippet active on the page – http://particularpantry.com/instacart-review. We understand you might’ve switched the snippet off as it is a live site.

    However, to see the problem you are facing, we request you to switch the snippet on a test-page only so that we may see the problem live.

    You can turn the snippet on, on a specific page by choosing the Display On > Specific Pages > Select the test page.

    Also, it would be helpful if you could provide us with the schema snippet and the steps to recreate the issue i.e. the ‘hentry’.

    Thank you,

    Thanks for your quick reply. It is live and active with shortcode [hfcm id=”2″]. When I remove it the hentry portion of the Google STTD does not show up anymore.

    This is what shows up in GSTTD
    @type hentry
    entry-title Instacart Review – How Much Does It Really Cost?

    Here is the script I am using

    <script type=”application/ld+json”>{“@context”:”https://schema.org&#8221;,”@type”:”FAQPage”,”mainEntity”:[{“@type”:”Question”,”name”:”How much does Instacart cost?”,”acceptedAnswer”:[{“@type”:”Answer”,”text”:”Instacart’s fees start at $3.99. However, the delivery fee changes based on demand and order size. Instacart also charges a service fee of 5%.”}]}]}</script>

    The settings I have chosen in HFCM are Specific Post > “Instacart Review” > Location ‘Header’ > Status ‘Active’

    Hello @particularpantry – If you are choosing Specific Post Settings – You will not be able to use the Shortcode. For Shortcode, please select the Shortcode Only option.

    We are still unable to see the snippet on the page.

    Can you please send us a screenshot of

    1. Where the shortcode is added
    2. The snippet settings.

    Thank you,

    Sorry for the confusion. I wasn’t using the shortcode anywhere I just included it because I thought it might be helpful. 🙂

    Here is a screenshot of the snippet settings.
