[resolved] FAQ page suddenly loading very slowly. (3 posts)

    I updated to the latest version of the FAQ (1.324), and suddenly my FAQ page is taking forever to load, and some of my CSS isn't functioning (my questions are supposed to be the same color as the rest of my links - blue - yet now they're just black). All my other pages are loading fine, but the FAQ is painfully slow. I could use a little help here. Thanks!

    I've tested this on a Mac, running OSX 10.6.8, on Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.

    I can see that happening. However, looking at the page and running a pagespeed test, I see that the sharing plugin you have on that page is misconfigured. it's loading the various social scripts (twitter, pinterest, etc) for each FAQ on the page. being that you have multiple buttons on the page, I'm not sure which one is causing it. But if you view the pagesource, you'll see each 'invisible' <div class='dd_outer'> on there.

    I did add the ability for the content to use the existing filters that WP uses, so if your plugin uses that, it would explain it. I can add an option to disable that, so look for it in the next update.

    ok. just pushed out v 1.325 that adds a new options (on the settings page) to disable the content_filter from firing, which should take care of your issue.
