My entire website is responsive except for this page. As for the padding option, you can use the Space Between Questions within Themes>Questions Tab. There is only the one number to play with. If that’s a single number, in most of the cases it is the top, since in CSS it has top, bottom,left,right options if considering the consequence. Also could you put a small space between the number on the question and the actual question. We have only left padding. You can only have padding between the questions, but not above the first question.
