FAQ linking - problem with anchors (4 posts)

    I read your 'FAQ Linking' documentation here but I don't get it.

    Please see url: http://wp.woodensun.com/frequent-questions/gas-service/ and open question #4 (I have a gas fireplace, insert, or log set that isn’t working. Will you fix it?)

    I have a standard html anchor in there: <a href="#brand">(How do I determine what brand of fireplace or log set I have?)</a>

    with the anchor placed further down the page just preceding the question it links to: <a name="brand" id="brand"></a>

    This isn't working. Can you tell me how to get it right?

    Thanks for using my plugin.

    That's a good question. Can you change the hyperlink in question 4 to <a href="#faq-how-do-i-determine-what-brand-of-fireplace-or-log-set-i-have">...</a> instead of <a href="#brand">...</a>?

    Hi John,

    That works, but the page isn't long enough for it to do any good (if you expand all the answers on the page THEN click the link you can see). Is there any way that the anchor can not just go to the question, but expand the answer?

    I like your plugin a lot!

    Hi John,

    Right now, no. I believe there's a way to expand an answer using the FAQ ID and some additional jquery, I just have to investigate a bit.
