Fantastico install on Liquidweb – failed tables

The installation ran “just fine” but I get a database connection error message when I try to go to the admin log-in, and a screen that tells me the following tables don’t exist.

wp_users: Table ‘threekid_wrdp3.wp_users’ doesn’t exist
wp_usermeta: Table ‘threekid_wrdp3.wp_usermeta’ doesn’t exist
wp_posts: Table ‘threekid_wrdp3.wp_posts’ doesn’t exist
wp_links: Table ‘threekid_wrdp3.wp_links’ doesn’t exist
wp_options: Table ‘threekid_wrdp3.wp_options’ doesn’t exist
wp_postmeta: Table ‘threekid_wrdp3.wp_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
wp_terms: Table ‘threekid_wrdp3.wp_terms’ doesn’t exist
wp_term_taxonomy: Table ‘threekid_wrdp3.wp_term_taxonomy’ doesn’t exist
wp_term_relationships: Table ‘threekid_wrdp3.wp_term_relationships’ doesn’t exist
