Fantastic plugin with great support!

Contrary to a lot of reviews being published here, this is a solid plugin with great support. The backend form creation is dead-nuts simple to use, even this old guy can use it.

Support is at GitHub and not here as mentioned in “Other Notes”, which is where I went to get a couple of quirks worked out. I found a bug with Phone validation and Taylor pushed an update out within a day — and everyone here should have that update right now.

I was a little finicky about the form submission email that gets sent, and Taylor added another filter which I think everyone will benefit from in the next update. Taylor was very accommodating, and I dig that!
