Fantastic plugin and SUPERB team!

I’ve been using Social Warfare for a few months now, and it’s been really working well – it does everything it’s supposed to do, the design is elegant and mobile friendly (I LOVE the fact it sticks to the bottom when scrolling – lots of opportunities for readers to share) – on I think I’ve collected more than 900+ shares on my site over the past two months – really have to thank Social Warfare’s excellent plugin for that!

The second thing I wanted to comment on is the support. I’m currently using the free version, and only running a small site, so I’m not too concerned about getting the paid features. However, I experienced a small bug in the plugin (actually the Popular Posts widget), and was hoping to get some help, so I sent in a support ticket to the team.

Because I’m not a paid customer, I half expected to not get any help, but I did! Not only were the team courteous and friendly, they actually fixed the bug and sent me a revised version of the plugin! I’m so thankful to Andrea and Nikolas who helped me in the process – really, you guys rock!

Won’t think twice when upgrading in the future when I need to – just can’t rave on about the support – a HUGE factor for me when I decide whether or not to purchase a plugin.
