    Ferdy Youtube demo sounded very good.

    The features presented by his plugin seemed to good to be true.

    Purchased it, installed it.

    No joy.

    Contacted Ferdy right away and he responded within the hour.

    Gave him access to go under the hood.

    He found the conflict with another minor plugin, which I replaced, and now ASE is funtionning perfectly with all its glory.

    What a fantastic plugin and amazing customer support.
