    Hi, yes sorry I had no idea there was another way to go about it!

    In which case, I take back what I said (my own folly, could maybe have been made a bit clearer but I didn’t even stop to think there would be something outside the WP forums!), and I really love your plug in 🙂

    Not at all, it’s still a fair comment — our official Help Desk is for paying users/license key holders and as, fundamentally, their support is what allows us to keep the whole project moving we do quite deliberately prioritize support over there.

    There’s certainly still an amount of support we need to provide here regardless and that’s something we’re actively reviewing.
