Fantastic Customer Service!

I have used Broadcast plus the Premium Package for many years now and must compliment Edward for his amazing technical service. I had a nagging database issue, and finally contacted him for his opinion.

We were back and forth for a full day, but Edward never gave up, and finally resolved it. Broadcast keeps getting better and better and is 100% reliable. Kudos!
